Can I apply in person?
Apply from the comfort of your home! There is no need to travel to the office unless we have made an appointment for you.
Do I need experience?
You need at least 6 months’ experience in the UK to work with us. You can gain this through voluntary work by directly contacting the home. Once you have gained the experience, give us a call!
Can I get a sponsorship?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship as we are a temporary recruitment agency.
Can I refer my friends?
Absolutely! In fact, this is your chance to earn some extra money! Simply make sure your friend mentions your name when they sign up with us and earn up to £100 once they have worked 60 hours.
Do I get given a uniform?
Yes, you get the first uniform free! Get the Mere Green Look by following the illustration below…
How much is training?
Our online training is £15.
I don’t have a DBS/ My DBS has expired?
Don’t worry! Although we do charge for a new DBS at first, the money is refunded once you’ve started working with us.
Is my transportation covered?
We accept mileage but any other transport is only covered if agreed by the management prior.
What type of contract am I under?
You will be under a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to work whenever is best for you.
When do I get paid?
You are paid weekly. Don’t forget to send your timesheet over!
I am unwell, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear you are not feeling well, to report in sick please call our office number – 0121 697 4862. Please do not text.
